To ensure this process occurs efficiently we ask that official referrers provide us with the necessary information about their patients, so that we can respond timeously.
Once received we’ll call your client immediately for a telephone introduction and screening session – if it appears likely our services will meet their needs then an intake interview shall follow shortly after!
